The NYOS Charter Jaguars waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins but they left with seven. They blew past Austin Royals HomeSchool, posting a 48-21 victory at home. NYOS Charter has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 21 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Trey Huff, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last four times he's played. Nathan Tadios was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with three steals.
NYOS Charter pushed their record up to 16-5 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.2 points per game. As for Austin Royals HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-16.
NYOS Charter has the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Lions at 6:30 p.m. on February 1st. Meridian is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games. Austin Royals HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
