The Harmony Longhorns will venture away from home to challenge the Hernando Leopards at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games Harmony has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Harmony took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Eau Gallie, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Longhorns sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 win over the Commodores on Thursday. That's two games straight that the Longhorns have won by exactly two runs.

Raul Romay looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Harmony is 5-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 3-4 otherwise.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Sebastian Tabares, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March of 2025. Another player making a difference was Jose Scrofani, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Hernando waltzed into their game on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Eagles a 13-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Leopards, who have now won eight matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.
Jayden Allen made a splash while hitting and pitching. He kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out six over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
In other batting news, Lucas Chafin and Waylon Williamson did most of the damage at the plate: Chafin went 2-for-3 with three RBI and one run, while Williamson went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Kaine Ellis was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.
Hernando kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Harmony's record now sits at 8-6. As for Hernando, their record is now 10-2.
