While Northglenn's  win against Legacy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Norsemen slipped by the Lightning  19-18 on Saturday. The Norsemen haven't had any issues with the Lightning recently, as the game was their third consecutive  victory against them.
It was another big night for  Kaitlyn Fujinami, who threw for 223 yards and two  touchdowns while completing 73.5% of her passes, and also rushed for 50 yards and one  TD.
 Northglenn didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as  Vanessa Rodriguez,  Raelyn Del Real,  and  Leah Jaimes picked up one apiece.
Northglenn's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for Legacy, they dropped their record down to 9-3 with the  defeat, which was their third straight  on the road.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Northglenn is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Mountain View  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Norsemen 9.1, the Mountain Lions 9.1) so any  points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Legacy will  square off against  rival Gateway  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
