The Pine Tree Academy Breakers will be playing at home against the Traip Rangers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses apiece.
Last Saturday, Pine Tree Academy suffered a rough 58-32 loss at the hands of the Hawks.
Meanwhile, Traip came up short against the Saints on Monday and fell 57-47. While losing is never fun, Traip can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 111th, while the Saints are ranked 23rd).
Pine Tree Academy's defeat was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Traip, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.
