New London-Spicer extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping their season record up to 3-3 in the process. Everything went their way against the Minnewaska Area Lakers as they made off with a 9-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won three matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

As for Minnewaska Area, they now have a losing record of 2-3. The game marked their lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

For Minnewaska Area's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emma Hawkinson, who went 1-for-3 with one run.
