Clover Park had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Orting Cardinals. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Clover Park also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

They hit Orting with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Jonah Baxin (2), Cristian Gonzalez-Valera, and Daryl Muganda.

Clover Park's victory bumped their record up to 5-2-1. As for Orting, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-7-2.

Coincidentally, Clover Park and Orting will both be playing Steilacoom the next time they take the pitch. The Timberwolves will head out to face the Sentinels at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Cardinals will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
