Johnson Ferry Christian Academy  took care of business in their home opener  (and then some) on Thursday. They claimed a resounding  91-32 victory over the North Georgia HomeSchool Tribe.

 Johnson Ferry Christian Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   David Cannon, who  shot 62% from the field to rack up 17  points and three  steals. Cannon is  on a roll when it comes to  field goal percentage, as he's  posted one of at least 50% in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was  Trent Witte, who  went 6-for-8  en route to 14 points and six  boards.
 Coming up, Johnson Ferry Christian Academy will be playing at home against Cornerstone Prep Academy  at 8:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for North Georgia HomeSchool, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  68-61  loss against Sugar Hill Christian Academy on the 24th.
