Solano County Athletic Conference recap November 19, 2013
American Canyon added to the longest winning streak in Solano County Athletic Conference this week by beating El Dorado, 42-26. The victory was the eighth in a row for the team.
Vanden and Vista del Lago played the closest game in the league this week, with Vanden eventually emerging with a 39-37 victory.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, the Vikings' Jadon Brisendine and Dion Williams have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Brisendine has thrown for 2,432 yards this season, while Williams has 68 catches for 1,003 yards. Jomon Dotson from American Canyon leads the league in rushing with 1,748 yards.
So far this year, he has acheived 63 catches for 995 yards.
Ian MacMillan's team took down the Cougars 42-26 last week, the largest margin of any game. Dotson ran for 231 yards and caught 2 passes for 15 yards during the win.
