The Tolman Tigers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They breezed by Chariho at home to the tune of 90-53. Tolman has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 28 points or more this season.
It was another big night for Daniel Saulsby, who almost dropped a double-double on 26 points and nine rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Malik Gelinas, who scored 25 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
The victory (which was Tolman's third in a row) raised their record to 16-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 76.3 points per game. As for Chariho, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
Tolman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 81-70 win vs. South Kingstown on the 9th. Chariho has also already played their next match, a 59-47 loss against Johnston on the 9th.
