The Jordan Beetdiggers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their third straight loss. They fell 59-50 to Judge Memorial Catholic. Jordan lost against Judge Memorial Catholic in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 54-45 score last time.
When it comes to explaining why Jordan lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ayden Doyle. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points. Doyle scored a full 34% of Jordan's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Trent Benson was another key contributor, scoring 14 points.
Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jordan will take on Clearfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Weber at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
