Riverbank won the last time it faced Madison Park Academy, and things went their way on Saturday, too. Riverbank crushed Madison Park Academy 51-7. Riverbank was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Riverbank's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 35 points in the first half. Madison Park Academy couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 35-0 heading into the break. The offense continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 16 points. This was the first game for both teams, giving Riverbank a 1-0 record and starting Madison Park Academy off at 0-1.
