Pine River Area made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Manistee, but they still couldn't quite topple them.  In other batting news,  Lilly Felsk was a standout: she scored two  runs while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.  Tatum Edstrom was another key player,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 Pine River Area was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .417. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .400 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
