Gavin Rasmussen and Gavin Rasmussen provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Lapwai. The connection went for zero yards, the longest such play in 1A North Star (8 Man) this season.
Clark Fork and Mullan played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Clark Fork eventually emerging with a 50-44 victory.
Wallace's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Miners feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jacob Berman has thrown for 567 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Brock Arthun has 10 catches for 335 yards. Rasmussen leads the league in rushing with 761 yards.
A big matchup in 1A North Star (8 Man) this week will be when Kootenai takes on the Tigers. As it stands, the Warriors are in second, while Mullan is in fourth.
Wallace took down the Wildcats 54-8 last week, the largest margin of any game. Berman threw for 124 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 37 yards in the win.
