Auburn put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the North Middlesex Regional Patriots as they made off with a 13-1 victory. Considering the Rockets have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Kyle McLaughlin made a splash no matter where he played. He pitched 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
