The Buffalo Bison won against the Clay County Panthers last Thursday with 54 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Buffalo walked away with a 54-45 victory over Clay County. The victory was nothing new for Buffalo as they're now sitting on three straight.
Buffalo got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Anna Boggess out in front who scored 16 points along with nine rebounds. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Lauren White, who scored 17 points.
Buffalo's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Clay County, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Buffalo will take on Poca in a holiday battle at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at. Hopefully Poca focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Tuesday. Clay County will be home for the holidays to greet Nicholas County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
