Christian Heritage Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nick Arrington, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Mason, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
The win got Dayspring Christian Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Christian Heritage Academy, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-11.
Dayspring Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Ridgeview Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Christian Heritage Academy, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on King's Christian Academy at 6:15 p.m. on January 26th.
