Given River Valley's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while Marion Harding is ranked 606th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
It was another big night for Halle Snyder, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 rebounds. She continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Megan Clausing was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
River Valley is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 8-8 record this season. As for Marion Harding, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.
