North Platte kept up with Lincoln Southeast until halftime on Friday, but afterwards: not so much. The Knights blew past the Bulldogs 40-7. The Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 30 points or more this season.

Lincoln Southeast's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Gavin Semm, who rushed for 36 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 138 yards and one TD. DaThayedius Hartshorn-Harvey was another key back, rushing for 81 yards and one score on only eight carries.

Lincoln Southeast now has a winning record of 4-3. As for North Platte, their defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Coming up, Lincoln Southeast will square off against Benson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Platte, they will face off against Millard South at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots' defense has only allowed 2.4 points per game this season, so the Bulldogs' offense will have their work cut out for them.
