South Shore's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2. As for Monsignor Scanlan, their win bumped their record up to 5-0.
Everything went South Shore's way against Monsignor Scanlan in their previous meeting back in January of 2017 as South Shore made off with a 61-37 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Monsignor Scanlan's Chanell Williams, who scored 13 points.
