After only two runs in their last match, Nuview Bridge made sure to put some runs up on the board against Desert Christian Academy on Monday. The Knights were the clear victors by a 16-6 margin over the Conquerors. The victory continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Conquerors: they've now won seven in a row.

Mia Aguiluz made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed five innings while giving up three earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits. Aguiluz was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple.

In other batting news, Nuview Bridge got a massive performance out of Sofia Barrera, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with five stolen bases, three runs, and one double. Julia Gama also deserves some recognition as she hit her first doubles of the season.
