Andrean (Merrillville, Ind.) snapped the seven-game winning streak of
Jimtown (Elkhart, Ind.), with a 27-7 victory on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a rushing touchdown in the second quarter, the Fighting 59ers were up 20-7 at the half.
With the win Andrean extended its winning streak to 13 games. Andrean defeated Glenn 42-0 last week.
Jimtown's lone touchdown came on a 1-yard run by
Casey Adams in the first quarter.
AHS went into the matchup giving up only 15.2 points per game.
The loss comes after Jimtown defeated Twin Lakes 42-21 last week.
