The Windsor Forest Knights lost against the Toombs County Bulldogs back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The game between the pair wasn't particularly close, with Windsor Forest falling 63-46. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points they have scored all season.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Ryheim Manning, who scored 15 points. Landon Page was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Toombs County got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Dominic Eason out in front who dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. Eason hasn't dropped below 15points for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Jesus Quintero, who scored 14 points along with six assists and three steals.
Windsor Forest has not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-7 record this season. As for Toombs County, their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2.
Windsor Forest will take on Brantley County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Toombs County won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Twiggs County at 3:00 p.m. on January 13th. Twiggs County is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.
