It was a good run, but Laguna Beach unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodrow Wilson Bruins. If the Breakers were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Bruins when the teams met back in September of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Laguna Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 11-23. As for Woodrow Wilson, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-12.

Coming up, Laguna Beach will be playing in front of their home fans against Northwood at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodrow Wilson, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Millikan on the 11th.
