Highland entered their tilt with Spackenkill on Monday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 56-46 victory over the Spackenkill Spartans. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the loss, Spackenkill still got an impressive performance from Blythe McQuade, who shot 55% from beyond the arc on her way to 22 points. That was a full 47.8% of Spackenkill's points, marking the third time in a row McQuade has posted more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Maryclare Parker-Stark, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten rebounds.

Highland's win bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Spackenkill, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season.

Highland will square off against Marlboro Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Highland has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 192 points over their last three games. Spackenkill does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
