Noah Crowell was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Bacon Academy's win bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Putnam, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
 Bacon Academy will head out on the road to  face off against  Lyman Memorial at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Lyman Memorial's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so Bacon Academy's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Putnam, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tourtellotte at 11:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Putnam is facing Tourtellotte at the right time seeing as Tourtellotte is stuck on  a  ten-game losing streak.
