Cass City waltzed into their contest on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They put the hurt on the Caro Tigers with a sharp 15-2 win. That's more bragging rights for the Red Hawks, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Cass City pushed their record up to 10-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Caro, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Looking ahead, Cass City will venture away from home to square off against Marlette at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Caro, they will welcome Garber at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
