The Huntington Huntsmen will face off against the Green Bobcats at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Huntington is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Friday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Eastern a 12-0 shutout. The Huntsmen haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.
Brayden Elliott made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024. He was even better at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024.

Meanwhile, Green sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-2 victory over Rock Hill on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.
Jonathan Knapp was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single hit and allowed only two earned runs while striking out 16 over seven innings pitched. Knapp was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double.
