Towner-Granville-Upham extended the longest winning streak in 9-Man Region 3 (9 Man) this week by beating Surrey, 40-6. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
Towner-Granville-Upham took down the Mustangs 40-6 last week, the largest margin of any game. Eli Luna threw for 40 yards and one touchdown and ran for 165 yards in the win.
North Star/Starkweather's dynamic duo of Jacob Hagler and Daniel Grande proved tough for Divide County to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Hagler threw for 253 yards and three touchdowns and Grande had 79 yards receiving. Alex Weston helped North Star/Starkweather's passing attack out by catching five balls for 78 yards.
The Bearcats' Hagler and Grande have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Hagler has thrown for 2313 yards this season, while Grande, a 6-foot-2 receiver, has 52 catches for 1010 yards. Drake/Anamoose's Darin McClintock leads the league in rushing yards with 1656.
In 171 carries Adam Undlin has accumulated 976 yard this year.
Scott Thorson's team led the league in scoring this week after putting up 40 points on Surrey. Luna in the win.
