It was a good run, but Pacifica Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Marina Vikings, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Tritons have suffered since August 14th.

Emma Hartman paced Pacifica Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. Hartman got some help from Addie Roberson and her ten assists. Sophia Bone controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Pacifica Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Marina, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pacifica Christian will square off against Samueli Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Marina, they will head out to face off against Newport Harbor at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
