The Christian Educational Consortium Cougars waltzed into their game  on Saturday with three straight wins  but they left with four. They breezed by Evansville HomeSchool R at home  to the tune of  50-20. Given Christian Educational Consortium's advantage  in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states  (they are ranked 150th in Kentucky, while Evansville HomeSchool R is ranked 378th in Indiana), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Christian Educational Consortium's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Rachel King, who  dropped  a double-double on 19 points and 11  rebounds. King hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games.  Ariana Wynder was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with ten  rebounds and six  steals.
 Christian Educational Consortium's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Evansville HomeSchool R, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christian Educational Consortium will  take on Fort Knox at 2:00  p.m.  on Monday. Fort Knox comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 24 points in their last four games, a trend the  team is of course eager to reverse. As for Evansville HomeSchool R, they will head out on the road to  take on  Tennessee Heat at 12:00  p.m.  on Saturday.
