South Central is 10-0 against Kouts since November of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The South Central Satellites will be playing at home against the Kouts Mustangs & Fillies at 7:00 p.m. South Central will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, South Central beat Morgan Township 53-47.
South Central got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Sadie Marks out in front who scored 22 points along with seven rebounds. Marks continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Hope Welsh was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Kouts' three-game losing streak came to an end on Tuesday. They snuck past Boone Grove with a 47-41 win.
South Central is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Kouts, their victory bumped their record up to 6-15.
South Central was able to grind out a solid win over Kouts in their previous matchup back in November of 2023, winning 54-45. Does South Central have another victory up their sleeve, or will Kouts turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
