The Bowie Bears's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a serious blow against Mountain View, falling 57-21. Bowie has struggled against Mountain View recently, as their match on Tuesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.
Leading Mountain View to victory were Ximena Delgado and Jisell Huizar. Delgado scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals, while Huizar scored 13 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Ledesma, who scored 6 points along with 4 steals and 3 blocks.
Bowie has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Mountain View, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
Bowie will look to defend their home court on December 8th against San Elizario at 12:00 p.m. Mountain View is on the road again on Thursday and play against Gadsden at 5:00 p.m. on November 30th.
