The Paris Coyotes were the 34-27 winner over the North Callaway Thunderbirds when they last played one another back in December of 2020, but their luck changed this time around. Paris fell 58-45 to North Callaway on Saturday.
North Callaway got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Natalie Shryock out in front who scored 24 points. Riley Blevins was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with eight assists and five steals.
Paris' loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for North Callaway, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.
Paris does not have any more games scheduled as of now. North Callaway will be home for the holidays to greet Montgomery County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Montgomery County is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
