The Prout Crusaders have not had quite the year their fans were hoping for to this point, but back-to-back wins may be a sign of good things to come. They walked away with a 54-45 win over Scituate on Friday. That's another feather in the cap for Prout, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Scituate lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Andy Vigeant, who scored 11 points.
Prout's win bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Scituate, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-10.
Prout will stay at home for another game and welcome Achievement First Providence at 6:30 p.m. on January 16th. As for Scituate, they will head out on the road to face off against Central Falls at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
