Mclaughlin Posts Huge Game in 46-38 Loss
Starting off the list is Knox's Myles Mclaughlin, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Mclaughlin rushed for 231 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 13.6 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 69 yards.
Knox moved to 5-3 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. Mclaughlin and Knox will look to defend their home field on Friday against Bowman Academy at 7:00 p.m.

Tyrus Graverson Delivers Best Performance of Season
Bremen was led to victory by Tyrus Graverson, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Graverson picked up 235 receiving yards and a touchdown. The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (101.6). He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making eight total tackles (1.0 for loss).
This season, Graverson has caught 4 touchdowns while averaging 101.6 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after five games last season, he had two receiving touchdowns.

Jake Conroy Delivers Electric Effort Vs Bremen
The second Knox player making an appearance here is Jake Conroy, and for good reason. He rushed for 105 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 31 receiving yards. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards dating back to last season.
On the year, Conroy has averaged 20.2 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had nine rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to 14.

A Season-Best Effort from Silas Laidig Leads Bremen over Knox
Silas Laidig produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bremen to the win on Friday. Laidig threw for 333 yards and four touchdowns. Bremen is undefeated when Laidig posts three or more passing touchdowns, but 1-4 otherwise.
For the year, Laidig has thrown 11 touchdowns while averaging 142.2 passing yards per game.

Tippecanoe Valley Gets a Boost from Parker in 22-21 Victory
Rounding off our Top Five is Wes Parker of Tippecanoe Valley. Parker rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown on only five carries.
Tippecanoe Valley's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Parker and Tippecanoe Valley will head out to challenge Bremen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
