Softball Recap: Lakewood Wins Going Away Against Jordan

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Millikan, Lakewood was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Jordan Panthers as they made off with a 15-4 victory. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The win got Lakewood back to even at 9-9. As for Jordan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Lakewood and Jordan will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Lancers see the field they'll take on South at 3:30 p.m. on the 22nd. As for Jordan, their break will end when they face Woodrow Wilson at 4:00 p.m. on the 24th.
