The third road contest was the charm for Renaissance Academy, as they earned their first away win of the season. They came out on top in a nail-biter against The Christian Academy on Monday, sneaking past 5-4. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Knights as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Renaissance Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for The Christian Academy, they moved to 6-5 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Renaissance Academy will challenge MAST Community Charter at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.83 runs per game on average), something the Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for The Christian Academy, they will square off against Delaware County Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
