Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's loss came about despite a quality game from Claire Seal, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds. Seal hasn't dropped below nine rebounds for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Sara Herschberger, who scored six points.
Meanwhile, Okaw Valley scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by Blue Ridge at home to the tune of 61-31.
Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond's defeat dropped their record down to 16-12. As for Okaw Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-20 record this season.
