Woodward Academy waltzed into their matchup  on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They never let the Tri-Cities Bulldogs onto the board and left with  a   38-0  win. The result was nothing new for the War Eagles, who have now won three contests by 21  points or more  so far this season.
 It was another big night for  Landon Walker, who threw for 169 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 35 yards and a touchdown.  Josiah Abdullah also helped with two touchdowns in total.
 On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Woodward Academy's defense and their three sacks. Leading the way was  Princeton Woods with  two. Woodward Academy got some further help from  Chandler Bell: he picked up  a  sack, made 12 total tackles,  and defended a pass.
 Woodward Academy now  has a winning record of 4-3. As for Tri-Cities, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
 Woodward Academy will square off against Dunwoody at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Woodward Academy's defense has only allowed 14.7  points per game  this season, so Dunwoody's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Tri-Cities, they will get a bit of extra time to process the  loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Chamblee at 7:30  p.m.  on October 18th.
