A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Tigers face off against the Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Auburn is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Auburn and Saraland, and Auburn kept the tradition alive. Auburn lost 11-3 to Saraland on Saturday.

Auburn got a good showing from Max Autrey, who pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Autrey also tossed two walks, marking his first of the season.

At the plate, Auburn saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was JB Upton, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double. Another was Bryson Sheppard, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Enterprise put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 7-1 margin over Opp. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by six runs or more this season.

Lint Sawyer looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.

Auburn's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Enterprise, their record now sits at 6-0.

Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Tuesday. Auburn hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.8 home runs per game. However, it's not like Enterprise struggles in that department as they've been averaging 0.8 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.

Auburn might still be hurting after the 9-2 loss they got from Enterprise in their previous meeting last Friday. Can Auburn avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
