The Twin Valley Wildcats will head out on the road to take on the Woodstock Wasps at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Twin Valley didn't have too much trouble with Mill River at home as they won 55-41.
Twin Valley can attribute much of their success to Noah Dornburgh, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds, and Brayden Brown, who scored 27 points along with three steals. Brown has been hot recently, having posted 17 or more points the last seven times he's played.
Meanwhile, Woodstock earned a 61-53 victory over Rivendell Academy on Friday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Woodstock.
Twin Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-7. As for Woodstock, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.
Twin Valley lost to Woodstock on the road by a decisive 61-45 margin in their previous meeting back in January. Can Twin Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
