Coast Union won the last time they faced Shandon and things went their way on Wednesday too. Coast Union blew past Shandon 17-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Broncos.

Coast Union got a massive performance out of Teagan Kennedy, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances. Kennedy is also on a roll when it comes to RBI, as she's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Violetta Garcia, who scored three runs and stole a base while getting on base in four of her six plate appearances.

Coast Union always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .580. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .500 or higher in three consecutive matches.

Coast Union's record now sits at 2-4. As for Shandon, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
