If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Osborne. On Friday they take on Wilson at 7:00 PM. Osborne are cruising in on a three-game winning streak while Wilson are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.
Osborne put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They put a hurting on Logan/Palco to the tune of 54-6. Senior Darnell Holloway, who rushed for 79 yards and 2 touchdowns, was a major factor in Osborne's success. Holloway has been a consistent playmaker for Osborne as this was the 5th good game in a row from him.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Wilson lost to Northern Valley, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-50. Wilson were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-44.
Osborne's win lifted them to 4-1 while Wilson's defeat dropped them down to 1-4. Osborne have been dynamite on the offensive side of the ball, averaging 58 points per game. We'll see if Wilson can find some way to disarm them.
