The Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators will head out on the road to face off against the Marion Swamp Foxes at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lowcountry Leadership, yet to win a game, are hoping to taste some of the success that has characterized Marion's (thus far) undefeated season.
Last Friday, Lowcountry Leadership was the victim of a tough 64-42 loss at the hands of Charleston Collegiate. While losing is never fun, Lowcountry Leadership can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 249th, while Charleston Collegiate is ranked 103rd).
Meanwhile, Marion humbled Dillon with a 50-23 victory.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Marion to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jameir Legette, who scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Charles White Jr, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds.
Lowcountry Leadership's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Marion, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.
