After losing to Elmwood the last time they met, Wethersfield decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Flying Geese came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Wethersfield not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Elmwood between 19 and 21 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-19.

Wethersfield is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-6 record this season. As for Elmwood, their loss dropped their record down to 22-11.

Looking ahead, Wethersfield will square off against DePue at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Elmwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
