DuBois' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Trey Wingard, who threw for 251 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes, and London Duncan, who rushed for 134 yards and one TD on only ten carries. The dominant performance also gave Wingard a new career-high in passer rating (160.4).
DuBois didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Brookville to a completion percentage of just 48%. The Beavers have been improving in that area: they had allowed a completion percentage of 0.65 earlier this season, but they've only allowed one of 0.65 in their last three games.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion]). They claimed a resounding 86-0 victory over Bradford. Given Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion]'s advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania football rankings (they are ranked 177th, while Bradford is ranked 483rd) , the win on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion]'s defense made their presence known, laying out the QB three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Hayden Hindman, Travis Myers, and Kayden Carnahan, who each picked up one sack apiece. Hindman was another major factor on D, picking up a sack, forcing one fumble, and making five total tackles (2.5 for loss).
DuBois is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season. As for Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion], the win got them back to even at 4-4.
DuBois was dealt a bruising 66-14 defeat at the hands of Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion] when the teams last played back in August of 2024. Thankfully for the Beavers, Jase Ferguson (who rushed for 173 yards and a pair of scores on only 13 carries, and also threw for 209 yards and three TDs) won't be suiting up this time.
