Everything went their way against Pleasant View Christian as Highland Rim Academy made off with a 55-31 win. The high flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Highland Rim Academy's 15-point performance the contest before.
Despite the loss, Pleasant View Christian had strong showings from Gwen Carr, who scored 11 points, and Jordan Roberts, who scored 6 points.
The win got Highland Rim Academy back to even at 1-1. As for Pleasant View Christian, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Highland Rim Academy will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lancaster Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 12th. As for Pleasant View Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Hendersonville Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
