After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pleasantville, Interstate 35 was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center. Considering the Roadrunners have won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Interstate 35's victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-2. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for Adair-Casey/Guthrie Center, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-5-1.
