Krayton Ritchie put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in May of 2024 on Tuesday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 15 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

Ritchie's strong effort led Kerens over Cayuga and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
