Sioux Central put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. Everything went their way against Northwest Webster as they made off with a 36-14 win.
Meanwhile, IKM/Manning might be getting used to good results now that the squad have three wins in a row. They won a game that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by Alta/Aurelia 20-19. Having pegged this as anyone's game, the MaxPreps state rankings were right on the nose.
Their wins bumped Sioux Central to 6-1 and IKM/Manning to 5-2. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Sioux Central and IKM/Manning clash.
